The Associated Ministries of Moundridge is a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt organization governed by a Board of Directors composed of Five (5) ministry representatives; up to four (4) representatives of supporting churches; minimum of one (1) at-large representative of the community; and a Treasurer (ex officio).

The Board of Directors meet quarterly in August, November, February and May.
